Mobility Training

Increasing your range of motion is vital for improving your climbing level. Train your mobility and flexibility and learn new exercises to move better on the wall, prevent injuries and recover faster after heavy training sessions.

Our mobility classes are taught by movement teacher Eddie van Dongen (@move.meditate)

Capoeira movement

Capoeira is a multifaceted martial art, with elements of acrobatics, dance and fighting. Above all, through  control at each point of the movement, it is a means of being comfortable in seemingly awkward positions.

With a playful exercises on exploring balance, rhythm and flow, this class will give you that extra edge in dynamic movements, both on and off the wall.
